Operational Supervisor

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Supervise, manage, and oversee the success of Reggio’s Locations at O’Hare Airport. Reports to the General Manager. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for daily inventory ordering and analysis. 
  • Ensures that all locations are adequately staffed. 
  • Ensures that all cleaning is conducted throughout and at end of each shift. 
  • Ensures that locations are adequately stocked to conduct business. 
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains Manager Food Handler’s Certification 
  • Maintains Food Allergen Certification 
  • Coach and develop Crew Members based on the needs of the business
  • Communicates all repair needs to the GM
  • Communicates All disciplinary needs to the GM
  • Daily Deposits as necessary
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed that are deemed necessary for the success of the operations.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 

  • Restaurant/Concessions Management experience
  • Cash handling
  • Scheduling
  • Training

CERTIFICATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Food Handler’s Certification for Managers
  • Food Allergen Training Certificate
  • Liquor/BASSET Certification is a plus
  • Pass a Chicago Department of Aviation/Homeland Security background check
  • Adhere to all Chicago Department of Aviation security protocol
